We have an established complaints procedure in place, a copy of which can be made available to you on request.  Please note, we have eight weeks to fully consider your complaint. 

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can contact the Legal Ombudsman:   

The standard time frame to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman is within 6 months of receiving a final written response from us or within six years of the act or omission at the heart of your complaint.
